Order Processing Time
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification with your order and tracking information once your order is shipped.
- Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays, weekends, or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.
- Free Shipping: Available on all domestic orders over (£50.00)
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or public holidays.
International Shipping
We currently ship to 10+ countries worldwide.
- Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination and may take between 7-21 business days.
- Customs & Import Duties: International customers are responsible for any additional customs duties or import taxes, which are not included in our shipping fees.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment directly with the carrier.
Shipping Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. If you need to update the address, contact us at lifestyleessentialsuk@gmail.com immediately after placing the order. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

- Lost Packages: If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours or your local post office. If it is still missing, reach out to us and we will investigate the issue.
- Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within (7 days) of receiving the package. Provide photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Exchanges
